Cancellation and Refund Policy
The company “BLADE OVER MONOPROSOPI I.K.E.” provides digital services for predictions of sports event outcomes via subscription. Due to the technical nature of these digital services, the right of withdrawal and return to the company does not apply after the service has been fully provided. Digital services are considered fully provided and complete upon activation of the subscription, i.e., immediately after the visitor/user logs into the subscription service on the website with a personal access code, as the information is simultaneously disclosed to the visitor/user. Therefore, by paying the subscription fee and logging into the subscription service with the access code, the user explicitly agrees that they do not have the right to cancel the subscription or request a refund for services already provided.
The minimum mandatory subscription duration is 30 calendar days from the date of initial registration and subscription or from the date of reactivation for any subsequent term. After the completion of the described 30-day period, the subscription will automatically deactivate.
Exceptionally, the company “BLADE OVER MONOPROSOPI I.K.E.” allows users to cancel their subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the subscription, provided that the visitor/user has demonstrably not logged into the website www.blade.bet within 24 hours of purchase due to the company's responsibility. This cancellation and refund can only occur if the cancellation request is submitted via the company’s contact form, including sufficient details to identify the visitor/user and their transaction, as well as evidence of failure to log into the website due to the company’s responsibility.
In the case of subscription cancellation for the above reason, refunds will be made using the same payment method as the subscription payment and will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. The company reserves the right to provide the collaborating financial institution or payment processor with transactional information and correspondence between the website and the user from the moment the cancellation is requested until the cancellation of the subscription is finalized, should the institution request it.
The company “BLADE OVER MONOPROSOPI I.K.E.” may issue a service invoice to the user's email address within a reasonable period after confirming payment through the subscription payment methods provided on the website. Any delay in issuing the invoice does not constitute grounds for terminating/canceling the subscription or issuing a refund, as the invoice is generated on the same day, and any delay in sending it is solely due to technical issues.
